The Philippi Agrihub (PAH) is embarking on a new initiative to replace its previous plan for a commission-based fresh produce market. This new business plan focuses on establishing the PAH Innovation and Technology Hub, aiming to drive agricultural innovation and sustainable development in the Philippi region.

The PAH will serve as a center for education, training, and technology demonstration, equipping the community with modern agricultural tools and knowledge. Revenue generation will be supported by renting out facilities like the Value-Add Building, Wholesale Warehouse, and Retail Buildings to local businesses, fostering economic growth in the area.

New strategic partnerships are being developed to enhance training and provide greater support for small-scale producers. Key projects include cannabis farming, composting organic waste, and implementing innovative agricultural practices. This new direction focuses on community empowerment, economic sustainability, and environmental stewardship, positioning the PAH as a leader in agricultural innovation and sustainable practices.
